Indian Military Hospital Gallery, Royal Pavilion

The Indian Army played an important but often forgotten role in World War One. A new programme of tours and interpretation was launched in 2014, to help visitors find out more about this fascinating episode in the history of the Royal Pavilion and the personal stories of the Indian troops treated here. Commonwealth Portraits Trail

The National Portrait Gallery collects portraits of individuals who have made and are making a significant impact on British history and culture. This trail highlights portraits of sitters with connections across the Commonwealth from Jawaharlal Nehro to Queen Elizabeth II and Nelson Mandela. This is a free event.

Commonwealth War Graves Commission
